In 1898, Late Shri Ralli Singh Arora embarked on a journey from Punjab to Kolkata (then Calcutta), carrying with him a vision that would shape generations to come. His passion for crafting syrups led him to innovate with natural ingredients, creating blends that were not only delicious but also infused with healthfulness.
He began with Rose Syrup, made from pure distillate of rose petals. Soon, his creations became a household name in
Burrabazar and across Kolkata. The legacy was carried forward by his son, Late Shri Lachman Singh Arora, and grandson, Late Shri Surendra Arora, who expanded Ralli’s Syrups across India.
Today, in its fourth generation, Ralli’s Syrups is led by Vivek Arora and Vikash Arora, sons of Late Shri Surendra Arora — committed to preserving and celebrating this rich heritage for generations to come
