Refund Policy Overview
At Ralli’s Online Store, customer satisfaction is important to us. While we do not offer refunds on all purchases, exceptions will be made in specific cases, as outlined below. All refund requests must be submitted within 7 working days of product delivery.
Refund Processing Timeline
Once a refund is approved based on the eligibility criteria mentioned below, the refund will be initiated within 3–5 working days, and the credited amount will reflect in your account within 7–10 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Eligibility for Refund
1. Damaged Product
If your order arrives in a damaged condition, you may request a refund by emailing us within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery. Please provide the following:

Clear photos or video of the damaged product

Bank details (Bank name, Account number, IFSC code – only if payment was made via bank transfer)

2. Quality Issues
You may be eligible for a refund due to quality issues under these conditions:

At least 90% of the product must remain unused in the bottle

The complaint must be raised within 10 months from the date of manufacturing
Complaints will not be accepted:

If the product is within 2 months of expiry or already expired

If more than 1 month has passed since opening the bottle or delivery date

Refunds will not be issued for any reasons other than those mentioned above

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed and processed

Refunds are not applicable for customer errors, change of mind, or non-qualifying product issues
🚫 Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products (syrups in liquid form), we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Returns are not accepted even if the product remains unused, as we cannot resell consumable items once shipped.
