
Khajur Gulab Thandai
A rich and indulgent fusion of dates, roses, and the warm spices of Ralli’s Kesar Thandai Sugar-Free Syrup. This creamy delight is a perfect blend of sweetness and aromatic goodness—served with a touch of tradition.
Ingredients
- 30 ml Ralli’s Kesar Thandai Sugar-Free Syrup
- 150 ml full cream milk
- 1-2 fresh dates (finely chopped)
- 3-4 ice cubes (crushed)
- Rose petals (for garnish)
- Pistachios (chopped, for garnish)
- Saffron strands (for garnish)
Method
- Finely chop 1-2 fresh dates and set aside.
- Crush 3-4 ice cubes and set aside.
- In a blender or cocktail shaker, add the crushed ice and chopped dates.
- Pour in 30 ml Ralli’s Kesar Thandai Sugar-Free Syrup.
- Add 150 ml full cream milk.
- Blend or shake well until the ice melts and the mixture is smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a traditional clay kulhad or a mug.
- Garnish with rose petals, chopped pistachios, and a few strands of saffron.
