Khajur Gulab Thandai

A rich and indulgent fusion of dates, roses, and the warm spices of Ralli’s Kesar Thandai Sugar-Free Syrup. This creamy delight is a perfect blend of sweetness and aromatic goodness—served with a touch of tradition.

 


 

Ingredients

  • 30 ml Ralli’s Kesar Thandai Sugar-Free Syrup
  • 150 ml full cream milk
  • 1-2 fresh dates (finely chopped)
  • 3-4 ice cubes (crushed)
  • Rose petals (for garnish)
  • Pistachios (chopped, for garnish)
  • Saffron strands (for garnish)

 


 

Method

  1. Finely chop 1-2 fresh dates and set aside.
  2. Crush 3-4 ice cubes and set aside.
  3. In a blender or cocktail shaker, add the crushed ice and chopped dates.
  4. Pour in 30 ml Ralli’s Kesar Thandai Sugar-Free Syrup.
  5. Add 150 ml full cream milk.
  6. Blend or shake well until the ice melts and the mixture is smooth.
  7. Pour the mixture into a traditional clay kulhad or a mug.
  8. Garnish with rose petals, chopped pistachios, and a few strands of saffron.
