Thandai Coconut Latte

Indulge in a tropical twist on a classic favorite with this Thandai Coconut Latte. The rich, nutty essence of coconut blends perfectly with the aromatic spices of Ralli’s Kesar Thandai Syrup—creating a refreshing and luxurious treat.

Ingredients

  • 30 ml Ralli’s Kesar Thandai Syrup
  • 100 ml fresh coconut milk
  • 6-8 ice cubes (crushed)
  • Coconut flakes (for garnish)
  • Almond flakes (for garnish)
  • Rose petals (for garnish)

 


 

Method

  1. Crush 6-8 ice cubes and set aside.
  2. In a blender or cocktail shaker, add the crushed ice.
  3. Pour in 30 ml Ralli’s Kesar Thandai Syrup.
  4. Add 100 ml fresh coconut milk.
  5. Blend or shake well until the ice melts and the mixture is smooth.
  6. (Optional) Line the inside of a glass with a swirl of Ralli’s Kesar Thandai Syrup for an elegant touch.
  7. Pour the blended mixture into the prepared glass.
  8. Garnish with coconut flakes, almond flakes, and rose petals.
