Rose Strawberry Jelly
A luscious and refreshing treat that combines the floral sweetness of rose with the juicy freshness of strawberries. This indulgent drink, paired with silky rose jelly, is perfect for special moments or a delightful pick-me-up.
Ingredients
For Rose Jelly (3-4 Servings):
- 1 cup water
- 60 ml Ralli’s Rose Syrup
- 1 tablespoon agar agar powder
For Rose Strawberry Shake (1 Serving):
- 4-6 ice cubes (crushed)
- 20 ml Ralli’s Rose Syrup
- 4 fresh strawberries (hulled)
- 100 ml fresh milk
Method
To Make Rose Jelly:
- Heat 1 cup of water in a pan over low flame.
- Add 60 ml Ralli’s Rose Syrup and 1 tablespoon agar agar powder.
- Stir continuously and simmer for 2-3 minutes until the mixture is smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a mold and refrigerate for 1-2 hours until the jelly sets.
To Make Rose Strawberry Shake:
- Crush 4-6 ice cubes and set aside.
- In a blender, add the crushed ice, 20 ml Ralli’s Rose Syrup, 4 fresh strawberries, and 100 ml fresh milk.
- Cover the lid and blend until smooth and foamy.
To Serve:
- Cut the rose jelly into cubes.
- Add the jelly cubes to a tall glass.
- Pour the freshly blended rose strawberry shake over the jelly.
- Garnish with a strawberry slice or rose petals (optional).
