Rose Thandai with Rose Ice Cream

Ingredients

For Rose Ice Cream (3-4 Servings):

  • 200 ml Cold Fresh Cream
  • 50 ml Condensed Milk
  • 50 ml Fresh Milk
  • 30 ml Ralli’s Rose Syrup

For Rose Thandai (1 Serving):

  • 30 ml Ralli’s Kesar Thandai Syrup
  • 100 ml Cold Fresh Milk
  • 6-8 Ice Cubes
  • 10 ml Ralli’s Rose Syrup
  • 1 Scoop Rose Ice Cream
  • Rose Petals (for garnish)

 


 

Method

Rose Ice Cream:

  1. In a blender, combine 200 ml cold fresh cream, 50 ml condensed milk, 50 ml fresh milk, and 30 ml Ralli’s Rose Syrup.
  2. Blend well until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour the mixture into a flat container, removing any air bubbles.
  4. Freeze overnight until firm.

Rose Thandai:

  1. In a cocktail shaker, add 30 ml Ralli’s Kesar Thandai Syrup, 100 ml cold fresh milk, and 6-8 ice cubes.
  2. Pour in 10 ml Ralli’s Rose Syrup.
  3. Add a scoop of homemade rose ice cream.
  4. Cover the lid and shake vigorously until the ice melts and the mixture becomes frothy.
  5. Pour into a chilled glass.
  6. Top with an extra scoop of rose ice cream.
  7. Garnish with rose petals and a drizzle of Ralli’s Rose Syrup.
