Ingredients
- 30 ml Ralli’s Khus Syrup
- 100 ml sparkling water or soda
- 1 betel leaf (cut into small pieces)
- 5-6 fresh mint leaves
- ½ lemon (cut into small pieces)
- Ice cubes (about 4 pcs, crushed)
Method
- Crush the ice cubes and set aside.
- In a cocktail shaker, add lemon pieces, betel leaf, and mint leaves.
- Muddle the ingredients well to release their flavors.
- Pour in 30 ml of Ralli’s Khus Syrup.
- Add the crushed ice.
- Top with 100 ml sparkling water or soda.
- Shake well until thoroughly mixed and chilled.
- Strain and pour into a glass.
- Sip, savor, and let the refreshing fusion awaken your senses.
