Ingredients

  • 30 ml Ralli’s Khus Syrup
  • 100 ml sparkling water or soda
  • 1 betel leaf (cut into small pieces)
  • 5-6 fresh mint leaves
  • ½ lemon (cut into small pieces)
  • Ice cubes (about 4 pcs, crushed)

Method

  1. Crush the ice cubes and set aside.
  2. In a cocktail shaker, add lemon pieces, betel leaf, and mint leaves.
  3. Muddle the ingredients well to release their flavors.
  4. Pour in 30 ml of Ralli’s Khus Syrup.
  5. Add the crushed ice.
  6. Top with 100 ml sparkling water or soda.
  7. Shake well until thoroughly mixed and chilled.
  8. Strain and pour into a glass.
  9. Sip, savor, and let the refreshing fusion awaken your senses.
